Absolutely love Paxos Electric. I had an issue that my electric company brought to my attention and reached out to several companies before finding Paxos. They were the only company willing to come out and look at the job in a timely manner. Michael explained everything clearly and provided an estimate promptly. Paxos handled every aspect of the job — coordinating with the electric company, managing permits, and taking care of all the details. On the day of the work, their technicians, Gil and Ed, were excellent. They explained the plan, what to expect, and how long the job would take. Afterward, they walked me through everything again and showed me what I needed to know. The job site was left spotless — you wouldn’t have known anyone had been there. After the work was completed, I called the office to ask what I needed to do regarding the electric company and was reassured that I didn’t need to do anything — they would continue working with the utility until final approval was complete. I cannot say enough about how great this company and their staff are. In addition to the on-site team, Nicole in the office was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The execution was flawless and in spite of some weather delays was completed on time . In my hour of need Paxos has never let me down nor have I met any representative with the company that had a bad day or attitude. I honestly know that Paxos has set the bar for customer service far above their competitors. History: 3yr old 20kw generator running 5-6 hour flawlessly just shut down, I tried manually restarting the generator several times to no avail. Little did I know not only does the generator protect itself but the house also with built in safety measures. Paxos was on it within a very reasonable time. With multiple power company trucks blocking access to my property Paxos service rep never complained about carrying tools a good distance to diagnose and repair the problem. This company is top notch.

The storm that occurred in mid February caused damage to the power line connected to our house. The power company killed our power due to fire hazard at 7pm Sunday night. In a panic to get help to get the line fixed due to the freezing temperatures and housing two young kids and pets, I found Paxos Electric as a search for emergency electrician. I called and left a message and received a call from John within 15-20 minutes. He said he would be able to send a crew at 7am Monday morning. And just as promised they arrived, assessed the damage and fixed the problem within hours. Then we were fighting with the power company for them to come connect our power and they kept saying we needed the town construction person to inspect the work but it was President’s Day and the offices were closed. John and Nicole called the power company on our behalf which is above and beyond service. The power company refused to come out but John and Nicole continued to help. We were desperate to keep our house warm for the pets and our kids and asked if they can install a transfer switch for a generator Monday afternoon. The crew that helped us in the morning came out after their shift was suppose to be done to help us. John, Nicole, Ernest, Trever and Joe we are truly thankful for helping our family during a very stressful time and working above and beyond for us. Your communication during the days, swift and stellar repair work and installation work really won us over!!! Thank you guys, you are amazing!
